Gold Plaza Baia Mare, the first modern shopping & entertainment center in the North Western Romania opened its doors to the public on Thursday, November 4^th.

Overview upon the only mall under construction in Romania

Gold Plaza is presently the only mall under construction on the Romanian market. Scheduled to be opened either end of October or beginning or November, Gold Plaza Baia Mare is about to be delivered, as unique project to be delivered during end of 2010.

Cora goes for the first time to a shopping mall in the countryside, in Baia Mare

Cora hypermarket chain, held by Franco-Belgian group Louis Delhaize, has signed a lease contract for approx. 8,000 sq m area in Gold Plaza Shopping Center in Baia Mare, at a time when developers have a hard time finding tenants for shopping centers.
